Hanoi’s National Assembly deputies meet voters

PSNews - Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee and head of the delegation of Hanoi’s National Assembly deputies, Hoang Trung Hai met and worked with voters in Long Bien district on November 28.

At the working session, voter Thai Van Son discussed urban development plans on the two banks of the Red river and suggested that the municipal authorities should soon complete a master plan on the areas so as to contribute to building a more developed, civilized and beautiful capital city.

Secretary Hai acknowledged all opinions and suggestions from voters and assured that he would submit them to the National Assembly.

Regarding voters’ worries about the recovery of corrupt assets, Secretary Hai stressed that the justice and internal affairs bodies are paying special attention to taking back corrupt assets in economic cases.

Hai also said that the increased number of corruption cases detected in recent times showed that the staff management had still been weak.

Regarding recommendations on development plans on both sides of the Red River, the Party Secretary of Hanoi emphasized that most citizens of Hanoi want to see a master plan on the development of the area. He affirmed that the city of Hanoi will be more beautiful, modern and convenient if the two sides of the Red River are well planned.
