More 141-police-taskforce groups deployed to ensure security in Hanoi

PSNews – The Traffic Police Division under the Hanoi Municipal Police Department on October 14 held a conference to deploy 15 additional 141 taskforce police teams to handle violations of public order and traffic regulations on the road.

The new deployment aims to improve the efficiency of the taskforce police in ensuring traffic safety in the city.

In addition to their main tasks of crime prevention and fight, the 15 additional 141 groups will join hand with the traffic police force to detect and handle public order and security violations of youngsters on the road.

At the ceremony, leaders of the Hanoi Traffic Police Division also urged police officers and soldiers of the reinforced police teams to heighten their sense of responsibility at work and observe the laws and regulations and order of the Public Security Forces.

The deployment of the 15 new 141taskforce police groups will hopefully contribute to ensuring security and order and traffic safety in the city in the buildup to the 8th plenary meeting of the 14th National Assembly, the Party congresses at all levels in preparation for the 13th National Party Congress, as well as facilitating Vietnam’s take-over of the ASEAN Chairmanship in 2020, with the organization of important political, socio-economic events in the capital.
