MPS briefed leaders of its subunits on contents of conferences of Party Central Committee

The Public Security Central Party Committee (PSCPC) held a conference to brief senior officers on contents of the National Cultural Conference and the National Conference on Foreign Affairs held recently.

The conference also aimed to roll out some solutions of the PSCPC on cultural work and force building in the Public Security Forces.

Under the authority of the PSCPC, Major General Dang Ngoc Bach, Deputy Director of the Party and Political Work Department chaired the conference.

The conference was in the form of videoconferencing connecting the Ministry of Public Security’s Headquarters to police departments of the provinces and municipalities.

The conference gave leaders of the public security agencies and units a deep insight into the viewpoints and guidelines of the Party Central Committee regarding foreign affairs and cultural affairs stated in the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress.

Senior officers at the conference were also briefed on the current situation in the world, helping them effectively direct their units to perform their assigned tasks in the new context.

At the conference, delegates listened to the results of the National Cultural Conference, delivered by Mr. Tran Huong Duong, Deputy Director of the Department of Performing Arts under the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.

Assoc. Prof., Ph.D. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of the Institute for Strategic Studies under the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam briefed the delegates on results of the National Conference on Foreign Affairs as well as current international relations in the world.

Meanwhile, Major General Nguyen Cong Bay, Deputy Director of the Party and Political Work Department under the Ministry of Public Security introduced to the delegates key contents of Resolution No. 05-NQ/DUCA of the PSCPC on improving the quality of cultural and artistic works to meet requirements for building revolutionary, professional, elite and modernized People's Public Security Forces.
