PSNews - In recognition of outstanding accomplishments in combat, support-combat operations and force building, the State President recently signed decisions to confer orders on 40 units and officers while the Prime Minister signed decisions to award the title of “National-level Emulation Fighter” to 11 public security officers.

General Luong Tam Quang, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Public Security Central Party Organization and Minister of Public Security, authorized by Party and State leadership, presented the First-Class Feat of Arms Order to officers and units under the MPS.

Within the framework of the 81st National Public Security Conference, General Luong Tam Quang, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Public Security Central Party Organization and Minister of Public Security, authorized by Party and State leadership, presented the First-Class Feat of Arms Order to officers and units under the MPS, including the Security Investigation Department; the Office of the MPS Criminal Investigation Police Agency; the Hanoi Municipal Police Department; the Ho Chi Minh Municipial Police Department; Senior Colonel Dao Hong Son and Senior Colonel Nguyen Huu Son, Deputy Directors of the Police Department of Corruption, Smuggling and Economic Crime Investigation; Senior Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuan, Deputy Chief of the Office of the MPS Criminal Investigation Police Agency; Senior Colonel Pham Manh Hung, Deputy Director of the Economic Security Department; Senior Colonel Tran Van Hung, Deputy Director of the Security Investigation Department.

At the event, Minister Luong Tam Quang also presented the Second-Class Fatherland Protection Orderand the Second-Class Feat of Arms Order to several outstanding units and officers in the Public Security Forces.

Under the authority of the Party and the State leadership, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Public Security Central Party Organziation and Deputy Minister of Public Security, presented awards to several units and individuals.

Next, under the authority of the Party and the State leadership, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Public Security Central Party Organziation and Deputy Minister of Public Security, presented the Second-Class Fatherland Protection Order to Major General Hoang Anh Tuyen, former Deputy Chief of the MPS Office; and the Third-Class Fatherland Protection Order to four senior officers: Major General Vu Van Tan, Director of the Police Department of Social Order Administrative Management,  Major General Nguyen Ngoc Thanh, former Deputy Commander of the Mobile Police Force, Senior Colonel Pham Minh Tien and Senior Colonel Nguyen Thanh Vinh, Deputy Directors of the National Data Center.

Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To also presented the title of “National Emulation Fighter” to several execellent public security officers. As for the 2025 emulation movement “For National Security,” 30 public security units were awarded the Government’s Emulation Flag, while 59 units received the MPSEmulation Flag.

At the conference, Minister Luong Tam Quang, under the authority of the Prime Minister, presented the Government’s Emulation Flags to public security units and officers.
