MPS opens training course for office-level offers in South

PSNews – The Training Organization Board of the Ministry of Public Security in collaboration with the People’s Police College 2 opened a refresher course on public security regulations, shooting and martial art in 2018.

The training course drew over 230 office-level leaders and officers responsible for public security regulations, shooting and martial art in southern public security agencies and units.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Colonel Nguyen Van Hanh, Vice Head of the Training Organization Board, Deputy Director of the People’s Police College 2 asked the trainees to seriously observe the public security discipline and regulations of the course while raising their sense of responsibility and self-discipline to drill in political stance and skills so as to improve their abilities to respond to any practical situations.

After the course, the trainees must advise their units’ leaders to develop training plans for the police officers and soldiers of the units, to improve their understanding and perception of the role and significance of public security regulations, thereby contributing to promoting national security and social order and safety.

The training course runs in 10 days from November 8 to 18. Office-level leaders and officers specializing in the public security regulations, shooting and martial art in southern public security agencies and units will be provided with main contents of the circulars on public security regulations, staff work. The trainees also  practice public security regulations, military skills and martial arts, and finally participate in the examinations.
