Over 300 police students compete at Investigation Expertise Olympiad

PSNews – The People’s Police University under the Ministry of Public Security on May 25 held the final round of the 2018 Investigation Technique Olympiad in Ho Chi Minh City.

Major Nguyen Van Hien, Deputy Head of the Investigation Police Department of the People’s Police University said that the competition aimed to enhance the theoretical education on crime investigation and investigation techniques for the students of the People’s Police University.

The competition also contributed to thoroughly grasping the guidelines of the Party and the policies of the State; and at the same time, promoted the spirit of solidary and experience exchange among students, and linked the theory with practical skills to enhance student’s understanding of crime investigation.

4 excellent teams bit 60 other teams with over 300 students in the preliminary round to enter the final round.

At the end, the first prize went to The “Trace” Team (Dau Vet) while The “Green Light” Team (Anh Sang Xanh) won the second prize, and The “Armed” Team (Vu Trang) and The “Steel Evidence” Team (Bang Chung Thep) got the third prize.
