Party organization of Ca Mau police organize 11th Party Congress

PSNews – The Party organization of the Ca Mau Provincial Police Department on August 31 held its 11th Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term with the participation of 170 delegates.

In the last term, following the guidelines of the Party Central Committee, Public Security Central Party Committee and Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee and promoting collaboration with agencies of the Ministry of Public Security and local agencies, and receiving the support from the people, the Party organization of the Ca Mau police achieved a number of important results in all working fields.

The Party organization seriously implemented the guidelines and policies of the Party, the State, the Government, the Ministry of Public Security and the local authorities on streamlining the apparatus of the local police forces. By the end of 2019, professional police officers had been posted to 100% communes of the province.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Tien Hai, Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the Ca Mau People’s Committee highly appreciated the results achieved by the Ca Mau police forces in the last term.

He also urged the local police forces to continue attaining more achievements and overcoming all difficulties and challenges to ensure security and order in the province.

At the Congress, the delegates elected an 18-member Party Executive Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term and elected a 17-member delegation to attend the Party Congress of the Ca Mau provincial Party organization.
