People’s Security College 2 has new acting Director

PSNews – The Ministry of Public Security on September 23 held a ceremony in Dong Nai to announce personnel decisions at People’s Security College 2 and award a Fatherland Protection Order of 2nd class to Senior Colonel Le Van Thien.

At the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security handed over the decision on retirement and presented the Fatherland Protection Order of 2nd class to Senior Colonel Le Van Thien, Director of the People’s Security College 2.

Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh also announced the decision by the Minister of Public Security on the appointment of Senior Colonel Pham Khac Hoe, Deputy Director of the University as the acting Director of the school.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh praised and highly appreciated the great contribution a of the People’s Security College’s 2’s Director, Meritorious Teacher Le Van Thien, to the Public Security Forces in general and to the development of People’s Security College 2 in particular.

He also congratulated Senior Colonel Pham Khac Hoe on his newly appointment and hoped that Senior Colonel Pham Khac Hoe  and the board of directors of the university, along with all teachers, officers, workers and students would continue to augment the education and training quality of the school, and successfully fulfill all given tasks in the new situation.
