Speaking at the launching ceremony, Major General Le Xuan Duc, on behalf of the leaders of the Traffic Police Department, spoke highly the spirit of the local police in participating in the campaign. He also praised the Traffic Police Division of Bac Ninh for ensuring absolute safety for the people during the celebration when the Vietnamese football team won the AFF Cup.
Major General Le Xuan Duc then urged the leaders of the Traffic Police Division of Bac Ninh to develop a plan to guide traffic flows from a distance so as to ensure traffic order and safety, and avoid serious traffic accidents on all road, railway and waterway routes.
Thua Thien Hue:
The Hue Municipal Police Department (Thua Thien Hue Province) recently held a ceremony to launch an intensive campaign from December 16th 2018 to February 15th 2019 to intensify attack on criminals and ensure security and order and traffic safety during the New Year, Lunar New Year and festive season of 2019.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Colonel Hoang Long, Director of the Hue Municipal Police Department urged subordinate units to promote the results achieved over the past time and continue to seriously implementing the guidelines and master plans of the City Police Directorate.
Senior Colonel Hoang Long affirmed that, the local police unit would strive to resolve over 80% of the criminal cases, while controlling black credit, drug trafficking, theft, and successfully arresting wanted criminals. Meanwhile, the local traffic police are required to reduce the number of traffic accidents and the toll in traffic accidents.
Dak Nong:
The Dak Nong Provincial Police Department on December 16 opened an intensive campaign to suppress crimes and ensure security and order in celebration of the 15th founding anniversary of the province and to ensure safety during the 2019 Lunar New Year.

The campaign runs from December 16th, 2018 to January 16th, 2019.
Senior Colonel Le Van Tuyen, Director of the Provincial Police Department requested all subordinated agencies and local police units to launch raids on crimes while grasping the situation and defeating any conspiracies and activities of hostile forces on time.
The local police were also asked to focus on criminals and law offences related to "black credit", smuggling, and trade fraud and counterfeiting during the Lunar New Year period.

Tay Ninh:
The Traffic Police Division of the Tay Ninh Provincial Police Department on December 16th held launched an intensive campaign to ensure traffic safety and social security and order during the 2019 festive season of the New Year, Lunar New Year (Tet) holidays, and other spring festivals.
Colonel Phan Van Trieu, Head of the Traffic Police Division said that the campaign runs from December 16th, 2018 to January 15th, 2019. During the period, all traffic police officers and soldiers should take resolute measures to ensure traffic safety and social security and order on all routes facilitating celebrations of the 2018 Christmas, and 2019 New Year, Lunar New Year and other spring festivals.

The Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee in collaboration with the Provincial Police Force on December 16 kicked off an intensive campaign to suppress crimes and ensure security and order and traffic safety during the Lunar New Year 2019 period.
Senior Colonel Le Van Sao, Director of the Provincial Police Department urged all subordinate agencies and police units in local districts, cities and towns to grasp the situation and advise local authorities on approaches to promote the comprehensive strength of the whole political system to fight crimes and law offences.

After the launching ceremony, the local forces joined a parade along the main routes of Thach Ha District, Ha Tinh City to demonstrate the high resolve to eliminate crimes and social evils and ensure traffic safety in the province.
