Lieutenant General Doan Duy Khuong also suggested that in the coming time, all police units under the Hanoi Police Department and the subordinated units of the People’s Police College 1 should review their coordination and thoroughly overcome their limitations in order to improve the efficiency and quality of training police officers and students at school as well as of ensuring security and order in the capital.
