Policewomen deliver gifts of love to needy patients in K Hospital

PSNews - The Women Union chapter of the Department of Internal Political Security on March 5th in collaboration with its Youth Union chapter held a charity event at K Hospital 3 (Tan Trieu, Hanoi) to present gifts to needy women patients.  

This was one of the practical activities of the unit to celebrate the 109 anniversary of the International Women's Day (March 3rd).

Prior to the event, the Women Union chapter of the Security Department of Internal and Political Affairs in collaboration with its Youth Union chapter had called for donation from police officers and soldiers as well as kind people for unfortunate patients in K Hospital 3.

At the event, the Women Union chapter and the Youth Union chapter of the Department of Internal Political Security handed over meaningful gifts to needy women patients with serious diseases at the Radiation Therapy Ward 2.

Speaking at the event, Senior Colonel Nguyen Van Ha, Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Political Security said that the gifts showed the empathy of police officers and soldiers of the Department in general, and of the Women Union chapter and the Youth Union chapter in particular. He hoped that the gifts would help the women patients have more strength to fight against their diseases. 

On behalf of the leaders of K Hospital 3, Doctor Pham Luong An, Deputy Director of the Hospital thanked the charity team for their care and sympathy, affirming that these gifts would mean much to the patients.
