Public Security Central Party Committee briefs outcomes of 13th Party Central Committee's 10th session

PSNews - The Public Security Central Party Committee organized a meeting to brief the outcome of the 10th session of the 13th Party Central Committee, and discuss two topics: studying and implementing President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament, and promoting the spirit of innovation and development in Party building and People's Public Security Forces building, on the afternoon of September 30th, in Hanoi.

Briefing delegates on the outcomes of the 10th session of the 13th Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To revealed that the Party Central Committee had discussed and reached consensus on key issues, including draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress, personnel work and several other specific issues.

The Deputy Minister stressed that the Party Central Committee had approved basic contents of draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress as well as reached consensus on a general report on personnel work of the 13th Party Central Committee and orientations for personnel work of the 14th Party Central Committee.

The Party Central Committee unanimously agreed on a general report on the socio-economic situation, state budget revenue and expenditure in 2024 and orientations for socio-economic development in 2025, a project to build North-South high-speed railways and a project on upgrading Thua Thien Hue province to a centrally-run Hue city.

During the meeting, delegates also elected additional members of the 13th Central Inspection Commission and discussed a number of other issues.

Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To affirmed that the outcomes of the 10th session of the 13th Party Central Committee demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and the internal solidarity of the Party Central Committee, contributing to strengthening and further promoting positive achievements that the whole Party, Armed Forces and People obtained, while creating the most favorable conditions for the organization of the 14th National Party Congress.

At the meeting, Senior Lecturer of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics Assoc. Prof., Dr., Bui Dinh Phong discussed basic contents of the topics of studying and implementing President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament, and promoting the spirit of innovation and development in Party building and People's Public Security Forces building.
