Public security hospitals and medical facilities should open more training courses for quick response teams and prepare good quarantine areas in case of a possible epidemic outbreak.

All public security agencies and units should clean up and spray antiviral chemicals at their offices, meeting places and accommodations as well as stabilize thoughts of all officers and soldiers.
