Public Security Newspaper supports needy students in Quang Nam’s mountainous areas

PSNews – The charitable mission of the Public Security Newspaper in collaboration with other donors presented 500 gifts to needy students in Tay Giang district, Quang Nam province.

The charitable mission of the Public Security Newspaper in collaboration with Hanoi’s Tu Tam charitable group, the Da Nang Municipal Police, the Tay Giang district Police donated gifts to 500 needy students at Atieng Primary School and Nguyen Van Troi Secondary School, on January 21.

A representative of Tu Tam charitable mission shared that thanks to the programme "Tet for needy people 2018" of the Public Security Newspaper, the group got opportunities to help needy students in Quang Nam's mountainous areas.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Long, Head of Public Security Newspaper’s office in Danang said: “Each gifts (worth VND 500,000) included a jacket, food and learning tools, showing the sentiment and empathy as well as encouragement of officers, soldiers and donors for needy students with outstanding academic results.

Earlier, on January 20, the charitable mission also donated other 500 gifts to students of Axam Primary School and Ly Tu Trong Secondary School.
