PSNews - The Public Security Central Party Committee held a conference, on December 16, 2022, in Hanoi, to review its leadership in 2022, and give orientations for tasks of the public security Party organization in 2023. Secretary of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Minister of Public Security General To Lam chaired the conference.

Delivering the summary report on its work in 2022 and orientations for tasks of the public security Party organization in 2023, Deputy Secretary of the CATW Party Committee, Chief of the Public Security Central Party Committee’s Inspection Commission and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To stated that the Party Committee and its Standing Board led the entire public security Party organization and the entire Public Security Forces to successfully fulfill all tasks and achieve various important results.

Additionally, it served as a think-tank, giving timely good advice to the Party, State and Government to issue many important policies and guidelines on ensuring security and order, building the Party and building the People's Public Security Forces.

At the conference, delegates focused on evaluating the achieved results, clarifying the shortcomings, limitations and difficulties, and proposing solutions to the Public Security Central Party Committee so that it could lead the Public Security Forces to complete all the tasks and reach all the goals in 2023.

Concluding the conference, Minister To Lam requested that all levels of Party committees should focus on renovating their leadership method while and leaders of public security agencies and units at all levels should lead their subordinate to seriously follow their Party committee’s resolutions. 

All Party committees of public security agencies and units should drastically and effectively implement Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW issued on March 16, 2022, by the Politburo on enhancing the building of truly clean, strong, regular, elite and modern People's Public Security Forces, meeting the task requirements in the new situation.

On this occasion, the Public Security Central Party Committee awarded 4 A prizes, 5 B prizes, 6 C prizes and 10 Consolation prizes to individual and group authors from the Public Security Forces for their excellent works at the "National Journalism Award on Party Building (the 7th Golden Hammer and Sickle Award) in 2022".
