With its resolve to apply the code of conduct to the reality, the Quang Ninh police force aims to raise local policemen’s awareness of cultural behavior, attitude and style at work and in life; at the same time, to avoid bad acts and habits of policemen, affecting the image of policemen in people’s eyes.

Especially, the Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department asks all lower-level police units to rearrange their reception offices as well as to regularly educate and improve responsibility, discipline observance, attitude and working style of officers and soldiers in charge of dealing with people and other organizations.
