Security cameras positively change remote areas of Dak Nong

PSNews – In recent times, the authority of Dak Glong District, Dak Nong Province has successfully installed 86 security cameras in all of its 7 communes.

The cameras costing hundreds of millions of VND were funded by local people.

Since the security camera model was put into operation, the security situation in Dak Glong has seen positive changes with less law violations and social evils.

The security camera system also supported the local police force in promptly detecting and handling law violations in the locality.

According to Mr. Nguyen Tien Duan, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Quang Khe Commune, Quang Khe is one of the first localities in Dak Glong District to deploy the security camera models.

The local authority installed 27 security cameras funded by local people in main roads and densely populated areas.

Head of the Dak Ha Commune Police Post Lieutenant Colonel Truong Minh said that, thanks to the security camera system, the police post can always grasp the local security and order situation and promptly mobilize force when detecting signs of law violations.

In addition, the security camera system plus cameras installed by local households, businesses and agencies has now created a widespread security network, contributing to maintaining order and security as well as preventing and fighting crime in the locality.
