Six leaders of MPS elected to 13th Party Central Committee

The 13th National Party Congress elected the Party Central Committee for the 13th tenure.

Accordingly, the Congress has elected 200 delegates to the 13th Party Central Committee, including 180 full and 20 alternate members.

The membership of the Party Central Committee of the 13th tenure include six leaders of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS), namely:

1. General To Lam (re-elected), Member of the 12th-tenure Politburo, Member of the Party Committee of the Government, Secretary of the Public Security Central Party Committee, and Minister of Public Security.

2. Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To (re-elected), Standing Member of the Public Security Central PartyCommittee, and Deputy Minister of Public Security.

3. Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang, Standing Member of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security.

4. Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Standing Member of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security.

5. Major General Le Quoc Hung, Member of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security.

6. Major General Le Tan Toi, Member of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security.

* On the first plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee on January 31, Minister To Lam was re-elected to the 13th-tenure Politburo.
