Soc Trang Police present house of gratitude to family of Vietnamese Heroic Mother

PSNews – A charitable mission of the Soc Trang Provincial Police Department and donors presented a gratitude house to family of Vietnamese Heroic Mother Bui Thi Tam in Hiep Hoa hamlet, Gia Hoa 2 Commune, My Xuyen District on August 23. 

Vietnamese Heroic Mother Bui Thi Tam, who was taken care of by the SocTrang Police, passed away. Her family is now living in a very difficult state.

To support Heroic Mother Bui Thi Tam’s family, the SocTrang Police has mobilized local police officers and soldiers and kind donors to raise funds for the building of a new house for her family.

The house, which costs 70 million VND, was presented to Ms. Do ThiThuong, a daughter of Heroic Mother Bui Thi Tam.

At the hand-over ceremony, Senior Colonel Tran Van Hoa, Deputy Director of the SocTrang Police Department encouraged the family and hoped that the family would overcome their difficulties and gradually stabilize their life while continuously promoting the revolutionary tradition of the family and contributing to socio-economic development in locality.

On this occasion, Senior Colonel Tran Van Hoa and representatives of the Youth Union, the Trade Union and the Women Union organizations of the SocTrang police also presented gifts to the family of Heroic Mother Bui Thi Tam.
