Training course on fire fighting and prevention opens for apartment project investors and managers

PSNews - The Hanoi Municipal Fire Police on March 30 opened a training course on fire fighting and prevention for 300 investors,  managers and head of fire safety teams of  skyscrapers and construction projects in Dong Da and Ba Dinh districts, Hanoi City.

Senior Colonel Nguyen Truong Son, Head of Fire Police Office No.2 said that the training course was an opportunity for investors, managers, and head of fire safety teams of  apartment buildings and construction projects to improve their awareness and responsibility for fire prevention and fighting. Thereby, they could effectively handle fire or explosion incidents, ensuring safety of people and property.

During the training course, over 300 participants from 180 apartment buildings and constructions projects in Dong Da and Ba Dinh districts were studying a number of legal documents related to the responsibility of individuals, organizations and households for fire prevention and fighting, and learning some basic knowledge of fire prevention and fighting.

After the theoretical lessons, with the help of the instructors and officers from Fire Police Office No.2, all participants practiced using different types of fire extinguishers and learnt how to deal with fire and explosion incidents.
