Tuyen Quang Police actively promote reading culture

PSNews - In recent years, the Tuyen Quang Municipal Police Department has improved their reading room to sever the study and research demands of police officers and soldiers of the unit.

Reading books has become a daily habit of police officers and soldiers of the Tuyen Quang Municipal Police, contributing to improving knowledge, professional skills and building the image of brave and humane police officers in serving the people.

In recent years, the reading movement has been maintained and developed among the unit's police officers and soldiers. After working hours, many police officers and soldiers come to the reading room to read book.

In order to maintain such a good culture, the Youth Union chapter of the Municipal Police has listed the building of a reading culture as one of the contents of the movement "Self-study, Self-training" among Youth Union members, and the movement "Youths of Public Security Forces studying and following Uncle Ho's Six Teachings."

In addition, the Youth Union chapter also established bookshelves at police offices of the ward levelwith a variety of books in order to serve local police officers and soldiers.

Currently, the reading room of the Tuyen Quang Municipal Police Sub-Department has 150 book titles and 600 newspapers and magazines, including 375 law books. Many of them feature professional knowledge, laws, as well as political and socio-cultural books. The reading room is open every day for police officers and soldiers.
