Two agencies of MPS agree to coordinate in promoting "All people protecting National Security" movement

PSNews - The Department for "All people protecting National Security" Movement and the Department of Internal Political Security under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) on April 18 held a ceremony to sign regulations of coordination between the two units with the aim of strengthening the building of the "All people protecting National Security" movement in the current situation. 

Lieutenant General Tran Thi Ngoc Dep, Director of the Department for "All people protecting National Security" Movement and Major General Nguyen Khac Khanh, Director of the Department of Internal Political Security co-chaired the event.

Speaking at the event, Lieutenant General Tran Thi Ngoc Dep stressed the meaning and importance of signing the coordination regulations on building on the "All people protecting National Security" movement in the current situation.

She also said that, over the past years, under the leadership of Party committees and authorities at all levels, along with the coordination of relevant agencies and departments, the building of the "All people protecting National Security" movement has achieved positive results, effectively serving the socio-economic development tasks of the country.

At the ceremony, Senior Colonel Le Trong Phuc, Deputy Director of the Department for "All people protecting National Security" Movement announced the coordination regulations between the two units on promoting the building of the movement.

For his part, Major General Nguyen Khac Khanh affirmed that the coordination regulations will promote the strength of internal unity, protection of State secrets and internal politics, therefore making an important contribution to protecting the country’s political security and maintaining social order and safety for the sake of socio-economic development in the current situation.
