Hanoi capital tests metro trains on overground route

The Hanoi capital on July 1 carried out a test run of its trains on the overground track under the Nhon-Hanoi Railway Station Metro project before it is officially put into operation later this year.

The six trains are put into operation on a trial basis on the line’s 8.5km long elevated section running from the Nhon Depot area in Nam Tu Liem district to Station S8 in Cau Giay district.
