On the occasion of the 80th Traditional Day of the People's Security Force (July 12, 1946 – July 12, 2026) and the 79th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2026), a delegation from the Ministry of Public Security led by Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Pham The Tung offered flowers and incense at the Kim Lien Special National Relic Site, Chung Son Temple (Kim Lien Commune), and the Truong Bon Historical Relic Site (Bach Ha Commune, Nghe An Province) on the afternoon of July 26.

At the Kim Lien Special National Relic Site, the delegation solemnly offered flowers and incense, expressing deep reverence and boundless gratitude for the monumental contributions of President Ho Chi Minh — the genius leader of the nation, an eminent cultural figure, and the founder, guide and beloved father of the People's Public Security Forces.

Before his sacred spirit, the delegation pledged absolute loyalty to the Party, the Fatherland, and the People, committing to continually study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. They vowed to uphold the glorious tradition of the People's Public Security Forces: “Readily sacrificing oneself for the country, wholeheartedly serving the people” while raising their sense of responsibility, unity, discipline, resourcefulness and creativity to successfully accomplish all assigned tasks. This commitment supports safeguarding national security, maintaining social order and safety, and building truly clean, strong, regular, elite, and modern People's Public Security Forces.

The delegation also offered flowers and incense at the Truong Bon Historical Relic Site, a landmark of revolutionary tradition ("red address") honoring the heroic sacrifices of 13 youth volunteers and 1,240 martyrs who had laid down their lives during the resistance war against American invaders to save the nation.

Their noble sacrifices remain a shining symbol of revolutionary heroism, ardent patriotism, indomitable spirit, and the Vietnamese nation's longing for independence and freedom.

Standing before the spirits of the martyrs, the delegation observed a minute of silence in profound memory of the immense contributions and sacrifices of the previous generations. They pledged to carry forward this glorious revolutionary legacy, continuously striving and dedicating themselves to ensuring peaceful and happy lives for the People.
