The project covers an area of 18,142 square meters, located within the 20% land fund of the Nam Thang Long (Ciputra) Urban Area — one of Hanoi’s most vibrant and modern development zones. From the area, residents can easily get to the city center and surrounding areas via key arterial routes, such as Ring Road 2 and Ring Road 3.

The complex will consist of three high-rise towers ranging from 27 to 40 floors, designed in a modern architectural style and providing 1,262 apartments with layouts of two to four bedrooms, meeting the diverse housing needs of public security officers and their families.

With a construction area rate of only 37%, the project prioritizes green spaces, harmonious landscaping and a comprehensive system of amenities including playgrounds, sports areas, swimming pools, gyms and walking paths.

Addressing the ceremony, Deputy Minister Dang Hong Duc affirmed that the construction of the housing project at plot IA25, Nam Thang Long Urban Area, aims to meet the essential housing needs of public security officers and enlistees, helping them settle down their lives and be ready to fulfill all assigned tasks.
