“Tet for the poor” kicked off by Public Security Newspaper

PSNews-The 2017 Lunar New Year is coming, marking 16 years since Public Security Newspaper started its programme “Tet for the poor”. 

The main goal of this programme is to deliver gifts to needy people in remote and mountainous areas, poor children and lone elderly people or disadvantaged households nationwide, particularly Northwest, Highlands and Western South.

For the noble goals, the organizers of this year’s programme expect to offer gifts to needy people across the country, especially in Northwestern, Central Highlands and Mekong Delta provinces, victims of floods in central provinces of Vietnam, sick children at hospitals.

To contribute to a better Tet festival for everyone, especially needy people, supports and donations from companies, organizations and individuals are highly appreciated. Joining us to help needy people in border, remote, mountainous and island areas will be a practical and meaningful activity in celebration of the upcoming traditional lunar New Year.
