Ha Nam police Party organization holds 15th Congress for 2020-2025 term

PSNews - The provincial police Party organization successfully directed the organizational restructuring of the local police forces with the aim of streamlining and enhancing their operational efficiency in all aspects of work.

The Ha Nam provincial police Party organization held its congress for the term of 2020-2025 on July 22. Major General Le Tan Toi, Deputy Minister of Public Security attended and delivered a speech at the congress.

The political report of the Party congress clearly stated that, in the term of 2015-2020, all officers and Party members of the Ha Nam provincial police Party organization exerted all-out efforts to successfully fulfill their core mission of maintaining political security and ensuring social order and safety as well as the targets set by its 14th Party congress.

The provincial police Party organization successfully directed the organizational restructuring of the local police forces with the aim of streamlining and enhancing their operational efficiency in all aspects of work.

In particular, the Party organization completed the project to post professional police officers to all communes in the province in order to strengthen public order and security at the grassroots level.

Speaking at the congress, Major General Le Tan Toi, Deputy Minister of Public Security praised the Ha Nam provincial police Party organization for its outstanding achievements over the past time. He expressed consensus on the draft working plan of the Ha Nam provincial police Party organization for the years to come.

Deputy Minister Toi requested the Ha Nam provincial police Party organization to effectively follow the guidelines and policies of the Party and the State as well as the directions of the Public Security Central Party Committee, and the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee on Party building and force building.

He also urged the Party organization to promote the “All people protecting the national security” movement by continuously renovating its contents, forms and methods, as well as effectively implementing the “All people unite in building a cultural life” movement and the National Target Program on New-style Rural Construction.

At the congress, the delegates elected a Party Executive Committee of the provincial police Party organization for the term of 2020 - 2025 and a delegation to attend the Ha Nam Provincial Party Congress for the term of 2020 - 2025.
