The centre is located at No.1 Le Lai street, Hue City, covering a total area of 630 square meters. The centre consists of 34 stalls, where staff members receive requests and applications relating to 1,401 administrative procedures from organizations and citizens and return the responses from the authority.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Cao stressed that the Public Administrative Centre should strictly implement the regulations on its organization, operation and coordination with other relevant agencies in handling administrative procedures. The level of satisfaction of organizations and individuals should be a good measurement of the center’s effectiveness and efficiency, said the official.
The Thua Thien Hue Provincial Public Administrative Centre is fully equipped with modern electronic equipment and computer software system for administration and operation, with the aim of building a modern, simple and friendly public administrative system.
On the first day of its operation, the center handle approximately 200 files of documents, contributing to improving the efficiency of the local State agencies in dealing with administrative procedures, improving the business environment, and therefore promoting socio-economic development of the province.
