VinGroup to debut smartphone “Vsmart”

PSNews – VinGroup will hold a ceremony to officially launch four smartphone models of the Vsmart brand on December 14, at Landmark81 tower, HCMC. These smartphones will be VinGroup's first products in an effort to kick-start their strategy for industrial and technological-oriented development in the future.

As informed, smartphones of Vsmart are manufactured at Vsmart factory within the VinFast complex in Cat Hai, Hai Phong. Nearly six months ago, VinGroup announced to establish VinSmart Company, entering into the field of smartphone production. 

The factory that has the certificate of quality management ISO 9001:2015 aims to produce 5 million phones a year in the first stage.

The factory was designed and constructed in line with the international standard of IPC-A-610 for factory of electronic products. The production environment is fully controlled in temperature, humidity, electrostatic discharge as well as air purity with the aim of ensuring the highest quality of the product.

Vinsmart's technology is developed on the basis of Europe's high standards and most of the stages in the value chain produce such as designing , researching and product development as well as manufacturing are performed by BQ, a leading Spanish technology company. 

Currently, VinSmart with its possession of 51% of the share of Spanish technology firm BQ can take advantage of Spanish expertise and advanced technology for the production. 

Furthermore, VinSmart closely coordinates with the world's largest technology companies such as Google or Qualcomm to absorb their most advanced technologies in the field of smartphone.

VinSmart has also employed a team of leading experts from famous institutes and technology companies in the world. Many of them have much practical experience and influence over the smartphone market.
