New Make-in-Vietnam AI platform launched

The Ministry of Information and Communications in November officially launched a new Artificial Intelligence platform named FPT.AI.

This is part of the event series to introduce Make-in-Vietnam digital platforms, aiming to implement the "National digital transformation program until 2025, with a vision toward 2030" just approved by the Prime Minister.

The national digital transformation program has a dual purpose of both developing digital government, digital economy, digital society and establishing Vietnamese digital businesses with global capacity.

As one of the leading IT groups in Vietnam, the FPT has taken the lead in digital transformation, its representative said, noting that it has provided solutions for the Government to develop an e-cabinet and a digital economy and participated in building smart cities, transport, health care and education.

FPT.AI is developed by FPT's leading engineers and experts on Artificial Intelligence. The platform would reduce the time to integrate Artificial Intelligence into operational processes and give outstanding results.

The ecosystem of FPT.AI Platform includes various products and services such as Automatic conversational platform - Chatbot, FPT.AI Virtual Agent for Call Center, Online information extraction and customer identification solution, Automatic Speech Synthesis and Speech Recognition solution.

After 3 years, FPT.AI has provided the service successfully to hundreds of large domestic and foreign businesses in many industries, such as telecommunications, e-commerce, finance-banking and public administration.
