New Director of Hoa Binh Provincial Police Department appointed

PSNews - Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, on May 26 chaired a ceremony in Hoa Binh to announce decisions by the Minister of Public Security on the appointment of the Director of the Hoa Binh Provincial Police Department and the Deputy Inspector Chief of the Ministry of Public Security.

According to the decisions, Senior Colonel Pham Hong Tuyen, Director of the Hoa Binh Provincial Police Department, has been appointed to Deputy Inspector General of the Ministry of Public Security while Senior Colonel Le Xuan Minh, Deputy Director of the Department of Cybersecurity and Hi-tech Crimes under the Ministry of Public Security has been appointed to Director of the Hoa Binh Provincial Police Department.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh emphasized that Senior Colonel Pham Hong Tuyen and Senior Colonel Le Xuan Minh are well-trained senior officers with good political qualities and plentiful working experience in various positions.

They have overcome all difficulties and challenges and successfully fulfilled their assigned tasks over the past years.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh asked the two newly-appointed leaders, in their new assignments, continue to heighten their sense of responsibility, unite with the leadership of their new units, and successfully fulfill the tasks entrusted by the Party, the State, and the people.
