Commencement of tallest tower in northern coastal area

In the afternoon of September 18th , during his working trip to Hải Phòng, Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc attended the groundbreaking ceremony of 45-story tower in Vinhomes Riva City – Hải Phòng.

With the height of 148 meters, this is the tallest building in the northern coastal area as of the present time and will be the new symbol of prosperity of  Hải Phòng in the future.

The tower, part of the urban development project Vinhomes Riva City – Hải Phòng, is a block of modern trade centers - service and 5 star hotel with a total area of ​​over 30,000 m².

The trade center is expected to be completed in late 2017 and the hotel will be available in late 2018.

As part of a series of other major projects being implemented by Vingroup, the Vinhomes Riva City complex will become an important economic center of the region, help to create more jobs and contribute to better urban outlook and socio-economic development of the city and the surrounding area.

The project is expected to become the tourism, shopping and resort center of Hải Phòng. Leaders of the city hope that investors would conduct appropriate progress, ensure labor safety. The authorities are committed to concentrate on land clearance and create the most favorable conditions for investors.
