On the occasion of the 93rd founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930), a delegation of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security, led by Deputy Secretary of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To Member of the Party Central Committee, visited the President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh, on February 3, 2023.
The delegation laid wreaths of flowers and visited the President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, respectfully expressing their infinite gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader, who founded and trained the Communist Party of Vietnam as well as his great merits for the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and entire nation, including the People's Public Security Forces.
The wreath had a ribbon with the phrase: "Eternal gratitude to Great President Ho Chi Minh".
After that, the delegation laid wreaths of flowers in memory of Heroic Martyrs at the Monument of Heroic Martyrs (Bac Son street, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi city), paying tribute to fallen soldiers, the outstanding children of the nation, who had bravely fought and sacrificed themselves for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, and for the people's happiness.
The wreath laid at the monumnet had the phrase: "Eternal gratitude to heroic martyrs.”
