Held on the occasion of the 136th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 – May 19, 2026), the 78th anniversary of his Patriotic Emulation Appeal (June 11, 1948 – June 11, 2026), and the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People’s Security Force (July 12, 1946 – July 12, 2026), the program was a meaningful political, cultural and social event honoring the outstanding contributions of women in the People’s Public Security Forces to safeguarding national security, maintaining social order and safety, and building clean, strong, professional, elite, and modern Public Security Forces.
The program also aimed to promote the image of female public security officers as courageous, intelligent, humane, responsible, and devoted to serving the people.
At the same time, the event served as an effort to further implement the Party’s and State’s policies, as well as directives from the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security, on building the image of the modern People’s Public Security officer. It also promoted the movement of studying and following the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh, while spreading the emulation movement among women in the force under the motto: “Most Disciplined – Most Loyal – Closest to the People”.
Through authentic and moving stories about the work, service, and dedication of women in the People’s Public Security force, the program portrayed the image of female police officers in the new era: courageous in duty, humane in conduct, responsible in action, disciplined in style, loyal to the Party, the Fatherland, and the people, and closely connected with the public.
