MPS rolls out enrollment plan for 2026

PSNews - Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To chaired a meeting to roll out the enrolment plan of the Ministry of Public Security for 2026.

At the meeting, delegates discussed and provided comments on the draft plan for the regular enrolment of high school graduates in public security educational institutions in 2026.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Public Security’s plan to enroll high school graduates in public security educational institutions will continue to be implemented in a stable and unified manner, ensuring quality, openness and transparency, while closely following the enrolment reform roadmap of the Ministry of Education and Training and the task requirements of the Ministry of Public Security in the new situation.

The plan will also closely adhere to the Politburo’s Resolution No. 71 on creating breakthrough developments in education and training and Resolution No. 57 on creating breakthrough developments in science and technology.

Delegates also agreed that the 2026 enrolment plan should closely follow the orientations of accelerating comprehensive digital transformation in enrolment work, standardizing enrolment processes, applying science and technology to the work, strengthening supervision and preventing negative practices during enrolment, and gradually organizing computer-based examinations.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To praised advisory units for their good preparation, especially the draft 2026 enrolment plan made by the Department of Training and Education and relevant functional units.

Thanking the delegates for their constructive opinions, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To assigned the Department of Training and Education, in coordination with the Office of the Ministry of Public Security, to carefully consider the opinions and ideas given at the meeting while finalizing the draft plan. He also required the final plan to be early submitted to the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security for approval.

The Deputy Minister noted that the enrolment plan for 2026 will be fully, accurately, openly and transparently announced before February 15, 2026, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
