At the meeting, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung listened to people’s complaints about various issues, which had been sent to State agencies but had not been handled nor resolved satisfactorily.
With a high sense of responsibility for serving the people, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung carefully looked into each issue and assigned the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Public Security to send written reports requesting leaders of the relevant public security agencies and units to settle the issues and fully reply petitioners in a written form, in accordance with the law.
For complaints and denunciations that were not of the responsibility of the Ministry of Public Security, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung instructed the complainants to send their petitions to the involved agencies for settlement.
At the meeting, complainants thanked the leader of the Ministry of Public Security for his clear explanation and empathy as well as his good advice to them.
