According to the case files of the investigation agency, Tiet, Pao and Khoi collaborated with 7 people of different kinds in cheating many local people out of their money, starting from 2012.

They set the same trap when they met potential people. They told people with their jobless children that they had close connections with powerful people and competent agencies so they could get jobs for the children at State agencies in Tuyen Quang and other provinces with fees from VND 30 million to 200 million.

Many people fell into their trap, bringing money to the cheaters in the hope that their children could get good jobs.

According to the local investigation agency, from 2012 up to August 2016, the cheaters received a large number of job applications and applications for select-based courses at Thai Nguyen Medical University, and illegally took possession of much money from their victims.

At this point, the investigation agency is continuing their investigation into the case, collecting more related documents, proofs and statements of the victims.
