Bac Giang Provincial Police offer Tet gifts to needy people

PSNews – In response to the “Tet for needy people” mobilization, the Bac Giang Provincial Police visited and presented Tet gifts to needy people in mountainous areas on January 14th. 

On behalf of leaders, officers and soldiers of the Bac Giang Provincial Police, Senior Colonel Nguyen Van Chuc, Deputy Director of the Bac Giang Provincial Police presented 150 Tet gifts (worth VND 300,000 each) to needy people in Sa Ly commune, Luc Ngan district.

The Sa Ly Commune Police, the Party Committee of Sa Ly and the Sa Ly Commune People’s Committee received over VND 6 million from the Bac Giang Provincial Police on the occasion of the upcoming lunar New Year of Rooster.

The same day, the youth organizations of Emulation Grouping 2 under the Bac Giang Provincial Police in collaboration with Bao Minh Bac Giang joint stock company handed 220 gifts, including blankets, rice, fish sauce (totaling VND 66 million) to policy families and needy families in Sa Ly and Phong Van communes.

In addition, members of youth organizations repaired rural roads, re-painted the gate and fence of martyrs’ cemetery of Sa Ly commune.
