Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh works with Quang Binh Police

PSNews - Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Deputy Minister of Public Security on Sartuday led a delegation to work with the Quang Binh Provincial Police Department.

The working session saw the presence of Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoa, Vice Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee of Quang Binh.

After being briefed on the task performance and results of the Quang Binh Police in the first half of 2018, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh praised the achievements.

He asked the provincial police force to take professional methods synchronically, proactively study and follow situational developments, and struggle against conspiracies and activities of hostile forces while maintain security in rural, island and border areas, internal political security, economic security, monetary and financial security, and cyber security.

Deputy Minister Thanh also called on all officers and soldiers of the Quang Binh Police to follow the 6 teachings of Uncle Ho to the Public Security Forces; maintain close collaboration with relevant local agencies, units, sectors and forces to handle non-traditional security challenges in the province while the leadership should promote the effectiveness of its guidance and direction to all subordinate agencies and units so as to complete all assigned tasks excellently.
