PSNews- Following an emergency dispatch from the Ministry of Public Security, the Nghe An Provincial Police Department has deployed dozens of officers and means to help neighboring Ha Tinh province deal with the flood.

Following an emergency dispatch from the Ministry of Public Security, the Nghe An Provincial Police Department has deployed dozens of officers and means to help neighboring Ha Tinh province deal with the flood.

The Nghe An Provincial Police Department on October 19 sent 35 officers from the Fire Police and Traffic Police Division equipped with essentials to join hands with their comrades of the Ha Tinh Provincial Police Department to conduct search and rescue missions, as well as to help locals in Ha Tinh province overcome flood consequences.

A part from the reinforced police officers, the Nghe An Provincial Police Department also provided seven motorboats, one rescue vehicle, two trucks and pickups, 150 life vests, 80 round buoys for Ha Tinh police forces.

In Ha Tinh province, the reinforced police officers collaborated with local forces in evacuating dozens of people from dangerous areas in Ha Tinh city and Thach Ha district to safe places. They also transported foods and other supplies to people isolated by the flooding.
