The Ninh Binh Provincial Police have provided financial supports for Tran Thi Ngoan and Tran Thi Sam’s families living in a very difficult state to build their homes.

The ceremony to hand over the houses of compassion was held on December 22. Each new house covers an area of 40m2, has a reinforced concrete structure.

The two houses cost over 230 million VND, donated by officers and soldiers of the Ninh Binh Provincial Police.

At the handover ceremony, the two families expressed happiness while receiving their new houses. They thanked the Public Security Forces in general and local police in particular for their great care for the poor, saying the houses will help them stabilize their lives and escape from poverty.

Also at the handover ceremony, leaders of Kim Son district, the Provincial Police Youth Union organization, leaders of Lai Thanh commune and the Ninh Binh Provincial Youth Union organization offered many other meaningful gifts to the two families.
