Vietnam and United States promote cooperation on humanitarian activities

Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Pham The Tung chaired a ceremony, on the morning of June 25, in Can Tho city, to officially announce the decision to establish the Public Security Inter-level Boarding School No. 3.
